We provide common and special bolts necessary for the crushing machines: nuts, screws, washers, rings, pins, special bolts for fixing blow bars and plates, bolts for hammers and rotor cover, hooks, springs, nuts and bolts for screeners. Part of the special bolts is produced in our workshop with certified material: it is possible the production on customer’s drawings.
We can provide plans for screening and screening cylinders made from different materials, , depending on the specific need of screening: screens with common steel wire or stainless steel wire; perforated sheet in common steel or wear resistant steels, flat or calendered with different geometries of holes: circular, oblong, diamonds; coated sheets of rubber, polyurethane.
We have brass or polyurethane nozzles. We supply the required bolts for screeners.
The metal detectors are usually placed on conveyor belts that feed the machine and they can intercept the non-magnetic ferrous bodies that are not crushable and that can cause serious breakages to the machine if introduced with the aggregates into the crushing chamber while working. Alternatively, in order to intercept and retain or expel these not crushable ferrous parts we can provide ferrite or neodymium permanent magnets or electromagnets of different power.
We supply bearings and house bearings replacing the wore up ones.
