WHAT WE DO
Fp has been working in the crushing machines field since 1983 and during these years has gathered knowledge and experience of the main crushing machines of Italian and European constructors.
We can give the users of crushing machines a full service:
replacement of wear parts; building of broken and wore up particulars; assistance on site; revision of machines; withdrawal of scrap; sale of used and revisioned machines; sale of new machines made by us. For every needs of our customers, we want to find out the best technical and productive solutions.
We believe in the continuous improvement of the service: our technical staff works together with the productive department searching for new solution in the crushing field.
OUR STRENGHTS
Our strengths are the maintenances: we have a department specialized in the revisions and it deals with building and arranging both specific parts both the crushing machines in their entirety.
Our technicians, after visits in your site, are able to estimate the work required to refurbishing the machineries.
The maintenances and overhauls more complex are carried out in our fully equipped workshop; on the other side the maintenance operations easier can be run directly on your site. For every kind of work, revision or maintenance, we use materials of the highest quality with certificates of origin. We have our own line of machines and a well-stocked fleet of used, overhauled and revised machines.

The experience accumulated in the crushing sector allows us to enter the field of recycling: from the continuous comparison with our customers, new ideas are born that our technical staff realized in the design of machines effective in the crushing of many different materials: glass, construction waste, ferrous materials....
SINCE 1983
FP was founded in 1983 to meet the growing market demand in Triveneto for wear parts of aggregates crushing machines.
Over the years we have specialized in the construction of the parts of many of these machines: at the present time we are able to provide most of the materials needed to crushers, mills and sieves (wear parts, machinery parts, bolts, rollers, perforated plates and wire screens; grinding rods, ...).
Since 2007, we moved into a new site with 2000 square meters of covered warehouse and 2000 square meters of outdoor equipment store. The workshop of 3000 square meters is equipped with the departments of disassembly, flame cutting, welding, machine tools, assembly, sandblasting and painting, and finally testing.
The most common parts are usually in stock, and for special non-standard parts our technician can carry out the measurements and the necessary surveys in order to obtain the required parts; we produce also on customer's design.
