The FPR mill series derives from the FP series (machines with free hammers free and unidirectional rotor) to which reinforcement features were added to make them capable of crushing recycling materials such as metals, glass and inerts. The FPR mills series can satisfy different quantitative and qualitative needs of crushing. On request all the mills of FPR series can be equipped with grates with different holes, in order to ensure an output material of uniform size. Each mill can be equipped with: - Support frame of the mill - Discharge chest - Feeding chest - Electric motor with belt drive; - Protective case Each component of the mills is produced by our company with quality materials (carpentry made of S375, rotor shaft with laminated tempered material 39NCD3, wear-resistant special steel rotor discs). The assembly of the parts is carried out by our specialist staff who also provides for the testing of each machine in our factory. The FPR mills series are the FP86, FP66, FP64 and FP44, and they vary according to the dimension of the feeding parts and of the reductive capacity.
