The MTR mills series are machines suited for the tertiary crushing of different kinds of material, especially very hard and abrasive. These machines are projected and implemented for working in plants of high productivity: they allow to obtain an output of excellent polyhedral shape and excellent percentage of thin material. The MTR mills series have reversible rotors that allow the optimization of the wear of the hammers and of the blow bars. The mechanical principle of functioning is by impact and sequent milling: the entering material is reduced to smaller size by the rotating hammers and by the continually cast towards the impact bars. The impact bars are adjustable: they can be brought closer or more distant to the hammers in order to obtain the chosen dimension of the output and to keep constant the dimension of the exiting material. Each mill of the MTR series can be equipped with manganese parts or high chromium alloy parts according to the hardness and abrasiveness of the material to be crushed. As for the MSR series, also the machines of the MTR series adopted a grease system with labyrinths that allows a longer life of the bearings and of their support and it guarantees high simplicity and less costs in the maintenance operations. On request each machine can be equipped with: - Basement supporting the mill - Feeding chest - Vibrating feeder - Discharge chest - Electric motor with belt drive - Metal casing
