The mills of MSR series machines are suitable for secondary crushing of various types of aggregates, also very hard and abrasive. These machines, designed and built to operate in installations of high productivity, allow to obtain a crushed product characterized by a great versatility and with high percentage of fine materials, thanks to the high peripheral speed of the rotor. The MSR series mills have reversible rotors that allow the optimization of hammers and blow bar. They work through the principle of impacting: the input material is impacted by the hammers and scattered repeatedly against the blow bar. The blow bar are adjustable and can be zoomed or moved away from hammers to get the desired grain size and maintain the type of production. Each machine of the MSR series can be fitted with parts in manganese steel or chromium alloy. The parts in manganese allow a better reduction ratio of inert material (the dimension of the feeding material can be bigger), while the parts in chrome alloy are suitable for crushing materials with high abrasiveness and smaller dimensions.. The system of greasing lubrication with labyrinth seals, adopted in all production lines MSR and MTR, allows a longer life of the bearings and also provides a simple and inexpensive maintenance. On request each mill can be equipped with: - Basement supporting the mill - Feeding chest - Vibrating feeder - Discharge chest - Electric motor with belt drive - Metal casing
